Participation in Longford Lights Festival 2025
Longford Lights Festival in Ireland with two large-scale works: the immersive light installation Oculucis and a site-specific architectural video mapping projection
I took part in the 2025 edition of Longford Lights Festival in Ireland with two large-scale works: the immersive light installation Oculucis and a site-specific architectural video mapping projection created for the historic Connolly Barracks building.
Longford Lights is one of Ireland’s leading light art festivals, transforming the city into an open-air exhibition of installations, projections, and multimedia experiences featuring international artists and local communities.
During the festival, I presented Oculucis, an immersive installation composed of two monumental luminous eyes suspended in space, exploring themes of perception and light through a large-scale visual experience. The work has previously been exhibited at several international light festivals across Europe and worldwide.
Alongside the installation, I also created a custom video mapping performance designed specifically for the façade of Connolly Barracks. The projection combined animation, architectural transformation, and digital storytelling, turning the historic building into a dynamic visual experience throughout the festival nights.
My participation in Longford Lights Festival 2025 continues my international work in the fields of video mapping, immersive art, and large-scale public light installations.
